Inkscape Soft Puffy Clouds

I'm using Inkscape v0.48 in Windows 7.

I don't like the default clouds.
Filters, Overlays, Clouds



This is where the Filters, Filter Editor comes in.

I made some soft puffy clouds back in version 0.46 when the filters first came out and the info still applies.
